Cause Analysis:
Because Microsoft has changed the office 2016 home and student version of pre-packed form on Win10 1709 (RS3 version) (pre-installed office 2016 Windows Store app store instead of Click-to-program) can not be used before the official uninstall Microsoft office tools to uninstall
Uninstall:
1, while pressing Win + X key combination, select Run as administrator "command prompt" or "Windows Powershell"
2, copy the following command to Windows Powershell window, and press Enter to perform the
Get-AppXPackage * Office * -allUsers | Remove-AppXPackage
3, after the completion prompted to run again the following command to copy the Windows Powershell window, and press Enter to execute
Get-AppXPackage *Office* -PackageTypeFilter bundle -allUsers | Remove-AppXPackage -allUsers
4, complete
