The computer freezes, and I want to uninstall and reinstall the computer software. I think the uninstallation program of the system is too slow. Use 360 to uninstall, and use 360 to forcefully delete the python installation location in Program Files. As a result, problems occur when reinstalling. 
Open as an administrator to prevent insufficient permissions to affect the installation, but there are still problems:
this interface is opened after opening, thinking that it should not be uninstalled cleanly, click uninstall, but it is still wrong. 
Click Modify to enter this page, check py laucher, click next
The path is the previous python installation path, and it is fine to check the default here.
Click Install and
run successfully, there will be a python folder in his path. 
Then click Repair to ensure that the repair is successful.
Modify and Repair here may not succeed at once, you need to repeat it several times or restart the computer, and eventually you will see in the uninstall program list:
