[Redis] Remote access can not

After Windows is installed, start the service profile is redis.windows-service.conf

"D:\Program Files\Redis\redis-server.exe" --service-run "D:\Program Files\Redis\redis.windows-service.conf"

So we need to modify redis.windows-service.conf

2、bind 127.0.0.1 ---》#bind 127.0.0.1
