• Turn off the firewall
  systemctl stop firewalld.service
• Close networkmanager
  
  Centos7 version of NetworkManager command is closed with the Close command 6 version there are still many differences, close the command is:
  # Systemctl stop NetworkManager temporarily closed
  # Systemctl disable NetworkManager permanently closed network management commands

  Note: When other NIC configuration files for backup, comment out the "# ONBOOT = yes" on or off "ONBOOT = no"
