IEEE lift restrictions on editing and peer review activities

June 3, the IEEE released an official statement saying : IEEE has lifted restrictions on editing and peer review activities.

Thursday, 16 May 2019, the US Department of Commerce Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and its 68 subsidiaries implementation of export controls. After, IEEE released a statement of compliance, and said that if the US government export control regulations apply to make further described in terms of peer review, IEEE will make the appropriate updates.
