But before it is officially launched, we first let our employees and friends around us conduct many test drives, because no matter what brand of car, there will be various types of cars at the beginning. We want to discover and quickly solve such small problems through testing by people around us, rather than leaving these small problems to consumers for testing. In order to ultimately deliver more comfortable, smarter, and more perfect products to consumers, we only use more than 300 vehicles for testing and verification, worth hundreds of millions. Although these test vehicles will eventually be scrapped, we It is still necessary to invest firmly in order to bring consumers a continuous intelligent upgrade experience.

For example, in August this year, we drove the Yuanhang Y6 from Yuncheng to Chengdu to fully verify the performance of the product. However, at that time, the car still had many advantages that had not been fully utilized, and it was not yet ready to be officially handed over to consumers. Now after more than two months of continuous optimization and upgrading, Yuanhang Y6 is ready for official delivery, and Yuanhang H8 will be delivered next month.

Regarding the delivery pace, our current production capacity may only be a few hundred vehicles per month. It is expected that the monthly production capacity will reach one or two thousand vehicles by January next year. By then, we will be able to meet the delivery of all early orders (including Y6 and H8), and subsequent production capacity will be released It will get faster and faster.

Regarding sales expectations, I think it is okay to sell 30,000 to 50,000 units in the first year after production, that is, 2024. It is unlikely to sell 100,000 units in the first year. Yuanqinshan: I personally think that hybrid (including extended-range) vehicles are just a transitional product, because 20 to 30% of hybrid vehicles use electricity and 70 to 80% of oil.
