Steps:
(1) Create a new file: 800*600, resolution 72, white background, color mode RGB.
(2) Create a new layer 1, use the elliptical marquee tool, draw a vertical ellipse on layer 1, press the alt+delete key (or use the paint bucket) to fill it with color.
(3) Press ctrl+j to copy the contents of layer 1 to a new layer.
(4) Press ctrl and click on layer 2, and a selection box (ant line) will appear. Then, press ctrl+t (under the Edit menu--Free Transform, its shortcut key is ctrl+t). Move the "center point" that appears on the graph to the bottom of the ellipse.
(5) Press ctrl+shift+alt+t (this place is the most important!!!), and new petals will be copied according to your tilt angle. Each time it is copied at a 30-degree tilt, and the graphics are drawn.
After drawing, cancel the selection and press ctrl+d.
