So open Run and enter:
gpedit.msc
In the interface that appears, select:
Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Option -> User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval …
This option must be selected as Disabled, so that a dialog box does not pop up every time to confirm.
