Since 2019, the China Association for Science and Technology has supported national societies in batches to compile and publish high-quality journal hierarchical catalogs for domestic and foreign scientific journals in subject areas, providing reference for scientific workers to publish papers and scientific research institutions to conduct academic evaluations. As of the end of November 2023, 43 national societies have completed the preparation of the first version of hierarchical catalogs in their fields. 6 societies have optimized and adjusted the published catalogs. Now there are 49 hierarchical catalogs in their fields. Summary release for reference by relevant institutions. Subsequent additions and revisions will be made based on progress. We welcome the active feedback and suggestions from scientific and technological workers, relevant institutions, and experts to promote the continuous improvement and optimization of journal classification work.
