Custom fields and logic

Use APP "custom fields and logic"

Custom field development scenarios:

1. A field is missing in the frontend
2. A field is missing from the form

Click on New Field

Configuration details:

• Business context: In fact, it is the business scenario
• Label (name), identifier, tooltip, type, length (fill in as needed, see existing custom fields)

Click Create and then click in

User interface tab

There is a CDS view here, where we can click "Enable" if we want to enable this field in the specified CDS.

Form tab

Refers to enabling it in the corresponding "data source"

Custom logic

In fact, it is BADI enhancement

Documents specifying enhancement points may be too brief in the Chinese environment. It is recommended to view them in the English environment.
