1. System installation
Double-click the installation package to enter the installation interface, continue to the next step, and confirm.
2. Login
Double-click the Aurora Image Processing Platform shortcut to enter the system registration interface, enter the registration code, and jump to the login interface after successful registration.
Login name: jgdalg, password: 123456
3. Mount pictures
1. Click to select a folder
2. Enter the image path
3. Enter the saving path after image processing is completed.
4.Interface introduction
5. Image preprocessing
Image preprocessing mainly involves performing root directory operations on some basic operations on images, such as deskewing (i.e. correction), white background, black border removal, binding hole removal, etc. For example, we can perform image preprocessing while eating at noon. After eating, the image preprocessing is completed, and then we can directly perform image quality inspection operations. The image preprocessing steps are as follows:
1. Click on the root directory
2. Select the root directory to execute
3. Check the preprocessing operations you want to perform
4. Click Execute
6. Action settings
We can combine a series of operations into one action, and then we can directly execute this action to perform a series of operations.
1. Click action
2.Select image processing action settings
6.1 New actions
1. Enter the new action name
2. Click Add Action
3. Select the new action
4. Click action settings
5. Check the action combination you want
6.2 Delete action
1. Select the action you want to delete
2. Click the delete action button
6.3 Perform actions
1. Click action
2. Select the action you want to perform
7. Shortcut key settings
We can set shortcut keys for image operations. The system shortcut keys cannot be used together with the key wizard! ! When using this system, please turn off the key wizard. The shortcut key settings are as follows:
1. Click Shortcut Key Settings
2. Select the action for which you want to set the shortcut key
3. Choose whether to use key combinations
4. Select shortcut keys
5. Click Save
After setting the shortcut keys, refresh the interface and you can use it.
8.Basic operations
8.1 Correction of skew
If the image is tilted, you can use the automatic tilt correction operation
The effect after correction is as follows:
The system can perform batch correction operations by selecting a folder and clicking the automatic batch correction option.
8.3 Binding holes
If the picture needs to be bound with holes, we can perform the binding hole removal operation:
The result after removing the binding holes is as follows:
The system can perform batch removal of binding holes. Just click the batch removal of binding holes option.
8.3 Black borders
Generally, scanned images will have black edges. We can automatically identify and remove black edges:
The effect of removing black edges is as follows:
8.4 White background
If the scanned image has a darker background, we can perform a white background operation
The white background effect is as follows:
8.5 Inside the box
The inside of the frame, that is, the area inside the frame is filled with a white background, which can be used to remove binding holes, etc.
The effect inside the box is as follows:
8.6 Outside the box
Outside the frame, that is, the area outside the frame is filled with a white background, used to remove black edges, etc.
The effect is as follows:
8.7 Cut and stick
Cut and paste, that is, cut an area in the picture as the background and paste it in another area. The specific operation is as follows:
The effect is as follows:
8.8 Frame selection
The frame selection function is mainly used to create frame selection templates, and combine actions inside and outside the frame to achieve operations such as removing the binding holes on the left or the binding holes on the right.
1. Make a template
2. Set the action
After the template is made, we can perform action combinations
The effect is as follows:
9. Double naming
The system supports various renaming methods
9.1 Quick naming
9.2 Complex naming
9.3 Partition naming
The system can divide folders into pieces
10.Quality inspection interface
Click the quality inspection interface button to enter the quality inspection interface.
10.1 Sorting
1. Check the picture
2. Drag the image to the specified location
