How to add super access card?
The super access control card supports simulating more types of access cards and improves the success rate of card swiping. There is no other difference in the display style of Huawei wallet, and the card swiping method is the same as that of ordinary access cards.
Mobile phone models and version requirements that support the super access card function:

2. Version requirements:

How to migrate the access control card after changing the machine
Log in to the original account on the new phone, click Wallet App > Card Pack > Keys, find the access card under the original account, and select Add to this machine to move it to the new device. When logging out of your Huawei account, you will be asked whether to keep the wallet card on the current device. If you choose to keep it, you can use it normally after logging in to your account again; if you choose not to keep it, the access card will be deleted from the current device.

1. Which access control cards can be simulated by super access control cards?
It only supports simulating physical access cards with a frequency of 13.56MHz on the market. Because the card mechanisms and standards for access control card reader authentication are different, and the property management rules for card permissions are different, there is no guarantee that the card will be swiped after successful card simulation.
2. Is it necessary to connect to the Internet to use the super access card?
Huawei Wallet requires an Internet connection when adding, activating, and deleting super access cards, but does not require an Internet connection when swiping the card.
3. Why is there no response when reading the card when adding a door key?
a. The physical access control card and the mobile phone sensing area are not aligned. Move the physical access control card to find the sensing area to read the card;
b. Your access control card does not have a frequency of 13.56Mhz and cannot be read by your mobile phone.
4. Is there a limit to the number of door keys that can be added?
Currently, up to 5 door keys can be added to the same mobile phone, and the same physical access card supports up to 10 mobile phones to be simulated at the same time.
5. Why is there a problem that the access card simulation is successful but the card swiping fails?
Because access card readers have different standards for identifying door keys, although some door keys can be successfully simulated, they cannot open the door. If the card fails to be swiped multiple times, it is recommended to use the original physical access card.
6. Why is there a situation where the door key is simulated successfully and can be swiped when entering the gate, but cannot be swiped when exiting the gate?
Because different standards of equipment are used for entry and exit, it is recommended to use the original physical access card in this case.

Reason 1: The physical access control card does not support simulation or the card is damaged

2. The card is damaged: Please try to stick the physical door card to the NFC induction area of other mobile phones that support adding access cards to bind the card. If there is no response when reading the card or simulating the card on the desktop of other mobile phones, it means that the added card is not valid. Emulation is supported or the card is corrupted. Please contact the property management company to apply for a physical access card again.
Reason 2: The NFC switch is not turned on or the NFC is faulty.
1. Go to Settings > More Connections NFC interface and turn on the NFC switch.
2. Please confirm whether the phone has been dropped. If this may cause poor contact of the NFC antenna, it is recommended that the Huawei Customer Service Center undergo testing.
Reason 3: The number of supported analog access cards has reached the upper limit
Because different types of access cards occupy different amounts of chip space, up to 3-5 access cards can be added to the same mobile phone. Please delete other access cards and try adding them again.

If your phone does not support the NFC function, or your device is not "purchased from official channels in mainland China and logged in with a Huawei account in mainland China" , you cannot use the transportation card function and you will not see the transportation card in Huawei Wallet. Pull down the control center in the upper right corner of the phone and check whether the NFC icon is lit. If not, please light the icon and try to swipe the card again.
——Replace the gate or change the card swiping distance, or remove the mobile phone case
Sensor position problem: When swiping a card, please place the camera on the back of your phone close to the center of the card swiping sensor, keeping a distance of 1-2 cm and a certain angle (no need to be completely close to the card swiping machine), and then swipe the card.
Gate compatibility issues: You can try to swipe your card around the sensing area marked by the gate. If you are at a subway station, it is recommended that you change the gate to enter the station.
The field strength in the NFC sensing area of the gate is weak: the use of metal or thick mobile phone cases hinders the transmission of field strength data. It is recommended to remove the mobile phone case and try again.
——Restart the phone and try to swipe the card again
Clear the cache information in Huawei Wallet and try restarting the phone. Go to Huawei Wallet > Me > Settings > One-click Repair and click Repair Now.
——Contact subway customer service
It is recommended that you go to the subway station to find a human customer service to confirm whether the entry and exit information is complete. If the transaction is incomplete, you need to supplement the ride record. After supplementing, you need to exit the Huawei Wallet App from the background and re-enter.
If you have ever swiped a card in a different place and did not swipe the card when you got off the bus or failed to swipe the card, resulting in incomplete transactions on the card, but you have left the city where the card was swiped, please try to delete the card and add it again.
