Successfully submitted and selected articles will be published on the HarmonyOS developer public account and simultaneously announced in 9 major technical communities. Activity Rules
1. Submission specifications

- The subject of the submission email should be marked "[Incentive Plan] + Manuscript Name + Author + Contact Information"
2. Intellectual property rights
By submitting your contribution through the above submission portal, you agree to irrevocably and permanently authorize Huawei and its affiliates to copy, modify, and disseminate the content on information networks worldwide for free and in any other manner that Huawei deems appropriate.
3. Article requirements
- Article content: The article must be related to HarmonyOS technology, with a word count of 600+ (excluding code characters), with a smooth and complete content, including but not limited to hands-on practice, technical interpretation, tool introduction, development cases, etc.
- Originality requirements: The article must be original and first published on the HarmonyOS developer official account. Plagiarism and reprinting are prohibited.
- Other requirements: Articles must not have advertising or marketing, QR code traffic content, illegal or harmful information, or content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests.
4. Evaluation rules
- Submitted articles will be reviewed by review experts to determine whether they meet the publication standards.
- The awards will be evaluated on a quarterly basis, and different awards will be awarded based on the number of views on the public account one week after the release.
- The Creation Incentive Plan encourages creators to submit multiple articles to participate in the activities, which will be recorded by article, and the awards can be stacked.
- Remuneration and prizes will be mailed within one month after all quarterly event articles are published and reviewed.
- For creators who publish multiple manuscripts, additional mysterious rewards will be awarded based on the number of published articles and total page views. Look forward to surprises!
