Among them, Huawei Cloud Server is an important product of Huawei in the field of cloud computing. Through its excellent performance and flexible configuration, it provides strong support for enterprises and promotes their digital transformation.
Just recently, I took advantage of the Huawei Cloud 828 event and picked up a Yunyao server.
After the purchase is completed, you can directly SSH into the server from the console without using other tools. It is super convenient.
Since I purchased a pure version of Linux system, it didn’t come with anything. I had to install all the various environments by myself.
I plan to deploy some of my own Java programs on this machine in the future. Let’s install the jdk environment today.
There is no Java environment on the machine now
I was lazy today and installed it directly using yum, which saves me the trouble of configuring those miscellaneous things. If I’m not familiar with it, it’s easy to make mistakes.
Although Java has been released to 20, I still use 1.8. The one that suits me is the best.
Enter the following command into the console and hit Enter
yum install -y java-1.8.0-openjdk.x86_64
Oh, it’s so convenient and fast.
