Remote connection problem 1

When using the Cisco AnyConnect client to connect to a remote server on Windows 10, a VP* service that supports the AnyConnect protocol needs to be installed on the server. There are usually two ways to achieve this:

  1. Use Cisco's own VP* server software, such as Cisco ASA, which supports the AnyConnect protocol by default.
  2. Install third-party VP* server software that supports the AnyConnect protocol, such as ocserv, OpenConnect Server, OpenVP*, etc.

If ocserv has been installed on your server, you can use the OpenConnect client on Windows 10 to connect to the ocserv service to achieve a VP* connection.
