Jiumaojiu International Holdings Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: "Jiumaojiu", stock code: "9922") recently issued an announcement announcing that the company won the bid on September 28, 2023 and entered into an agreement with the Shanghai Songjiang District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau. According to the transfer contract, it spent 22 million yuan to acquire a piece of land with an area of ​​24,427.70 square meters in Songjiang District, Haishi, with a 20-year trial period.

Jiumaojiu said that the group plans to build a central kitchen on the land for the procurement, storage and processing of food ingredients, as well as logistics and delivery functions. The construction of the central kitchen is expected to enhance the food safety and consistency of dishes supplied by the Group's restaurants, reduce the Group's reliance on the operation and management of its restaurants, and enable the Group to strengthen its supply and capabilities to support the Group's restaurant network in East China. expansion plans to further enhance its position in China.

Jiumaojiu estimates that it will incur capital expenditures of approximately NT$320 million in the next three years to build a central kitchen and purchase equipment and facilities.
