The download is a compressed package and find zlibwapi.dll. Place this dll file in the C:\Windows\System32 folder.

Cause: When using trtexec.exe to convert onnx to engine, an error is reported when running in the cmd window.
What's more disgusting is that if you use code to convert onnx to engine, the error message will not be displayed in the code.
