Preface
The Guanjiapo Brilliant series of products is a model software that integrates purchase, sales, inventory, and financial management for small and medium-sized enterprises. To achieve remote access in an external network environment, we can achieve it through intranet penetration technology. Use the cpolar intranet penetration tool to securely map it to the public network. It will generate the corresponding public network address. We can use this public network address to remotely access the Guanjiapo ERP management system under the company's LAN without the need for a public network. IP, and there is no need to set up a router. cpolar supports free use and does not limit traffic.
The brilliant series currently has two series versions: B/S and C/S. The following introduces the B/S version of H series ERP combined with the cpolar tool to achieve remote access through IE browser.
1.Housekeeper service
In the computer IIS manager, we can see the resource port accessed by the Guanjiapo web interface: 80, and the resource name is HHERP
Then we open the IE browser and enter http://localhost/HHERP , which is the housekeeper login interface.
2. Intranet penetration
After testing that we can log in to Guanjia Po through a browser normally under the LAN, we continue to do intranet penetration to achieve remote access to Guan Jiapo under the company's intranet from outside.
Here we use the cpolar intranet penetration tool to achieve this. There is no need for a public network IP or a router. Simply use cpolar to create a secure tunnel and expose it to the public network. Then you can access it remotely through the generated secure public network address. Guanjiapo ERP.
2.1 Install cpolar intranet penetration
cpolar official website: https://www.cpolar.com/
For Windows systems, you can directly download the zip package suitable for the Windows platform from the official website. After decompression, you will get the cpolar installation package, and then double-click the installation package to install it by default.
2.2 Set up remote access
After cpolar is successfully installed, access the cpolar web UI management interface on the browser (default is local port 9200) and access it in the form of [http://local ip address:9200], such as http://127.0.0.1:9200/, And log in using cpolar account
After successfully logging in, click Tunnel Management on the left - Create Tunnel:
- Tunnel name: The name can be customized. Be careful not to duplicate the name of an existing tunnel.
- Protocol: Select http protocol
- Local address: 80 (default port)
- Port type: random domain name
- Region: China vip

After the creation is completed, click on the status of the left dashboard - online tunnel list. You can see that the tunnel just created successfully has generated a corresponding public network address. There are two access methods, one is http and the other is https.
We use the above http public network address plus the resource path /HHERP
. When accessing it in the IE browser, it may prompt that Silverlight has been blocked. Click this to run.
Then you can see the login page of our housekeeper, indicating that the remote access is successful. It is very simple.
3. Fixed access address
Since the tunnel just created uses a free random temporary address, the address will change within 24 hours. In order to facilitate long-term remote access, we will configure this public network address as fixed.
First, you need to reserve a fixed second-level subdomain name on the cpolar official website.
Note that you need to upgrade to the basic package or above to support configuring second-level subdomain names.
Log in to the cpolar official website backend , click on the dashboard on the left 预留
, find it 保留二级子域名
, and reserve a second-level subdomain name for the http tunnel.
- Region: Select server region
- Name: Fill in the second-level subdomain name you want to reserve (can be customized)
- Description: Notes, which can be customized
This example reserves a hherp
second-level subdomain named . After the subdomain name is successfully reserved, we copy the subdomain name and then configure it into the tunnel.
4. Configure a fixed public network access address
Log in to the cpolar web ui management interface. 隧道管理
Click - on the dashboard on the left 隧道列表
, find the tunnel that needs to be configured with a second-level subdomain name, and click on the right编辑
Modify the tunnel information and configure the second-level subdomain name into the tunnel:
- Domain Type: Select instead

- Sub Domain: Fill in the second-level subdomain name we just reserved (in this example

After modification is completed, click更新

After the tunnel is successfully updated, click - on the dashboard on the left 在线隧道列表
. You can see that the public network address of the tunnel has been updated to a second-level subdomain name.
We use the above http fixed public network address plus the resource path /HHERP
to directly access it in the IE browser, and then we can see our housekeeper login page. Remote access with a permanent public network address is successful. It is very simple. Now we just need to tunnel. With normal online access, we can use this fixed public network address to remotely log in to the Guanjiapo ERP system on the company's intranet even when we are on a business trip or working from home.
