22 Postgraduate entrance examination with a total score of 370 + 130 in professional courses and a master's degree in computer science at Jilin University

I have obtained a master's degree in computer science from Jilin University, and I would like to share my experience and thoughts on the first and second exams.

politics

As for politics, I started in October, which feels a bit late, so I recommend starting in August or September. As for politics, I think there will be no problem if you follow Xiao Xiurong and Xu Tao. Of course, if you have time, you can take a look at Sister Leg’s multiple-choice skills class. My general learning route is as follows: Xu Tao intensive course (1.5 times speed, if time is tight, you can only focus on the key points)  Xiao 1000 questions (I personally feel that the method of doing the questions and then correcting the answers is not very efficient, and then I write the answers in advance and then Memorize the questions and options. I feel that Hongguoyan’s knowledge map is ineffective because there are too many knowledge points and I can’t remember them at all) -> Xiao Ba (focus on the multiple-choice questions, you can ignore the essay questions first) -> Xiao Si (Focus on the essay part, because many of its multiple-choice questions are repeated with the eight figures) -> If you are good at basics, you can memorize the four figures, and if you are not good at it, you can start memorizing the essay questions. It can be seen that in Before the four zodiac signs come out, we need to go through 1,000 questions and the eight zodiac signs to train us in the accuracy of multiple-choice questions. After the four zodiac signs come out, we have to use the ten or twenty days before the postgraduate entrance examination to crazily memorize essay questions. Kongka’s videos are really good. I followed her all the way and found it very helpful. By following her, I can get the maximum possible score with the minimum time and energy.

English

I started English relatively early, and I have been reading since March. The stages of English learning are relatively obvious, which are basically: words -> long and difficult sentences -> reading -> new question types -> translation -> writing. The first is vocabulary. The earlier you start, the better. You have to memorize it until the end of the postgraduate entrance examination. You can only start reading after you have accumulated a certain amount of vocabulary. The test method is to read an article. Except for special proper nouns, 70% of them If you know all the words, it will meet the requirements. Give yourself a certain amount of word memorization tasks every day, and it will be better to find a fixed time to memorize them. Long and difficult sentences can be learned at the same time as memorizing words. As a preliminary step, you can take a look at the long and difficult sentences class taught by Teacher Tang Chi. If you want to learn more about it, you can take a look at the translation class given by Teacher Liu Xiaoyan or Tang Jing. Then comes reading. Reading is divided into two stages. 2001-09 is the basic stage. During this period, the focus is on translating articles and understanding the context of paragraphs and articles. You can watch Nan Nan or Tang Chi’s videos, 10-20 Year is the question-solving training stage. After reading Teacher Tang Chi’s explanations in 2009 and 2010 (particularly important), and understanding the question types and corresponding question-solving skills, you can apply what you have learned to complete the questions in 11-20 years. Deliberately train your thinking in solving questions. In addition, you can follow Teacher Song Yixuan's class for the other three small subjects, and you can finish each one in a week. Because the foundation has been laid by the previous reading, it will be much easier to study the three small subjects. Writing can be started at the same time as the Three Little Doors after reading. I recommend teacher Shi Leipeng’s class, but you still have to practice more by yourself. During this period, you must make your handwriting neat and beautiful, which is a bonus. In December, you can sprint. Use questions from 21 to 22 to simulate the exam. If you are still worried about insufficient simulation, then only do the questions from 10 to 18 years in the previous question training stage, and then do the questions from 19 to 22. Use it for mock exams, maybe one set of papers per week, and plan your time well.

math

The mathematics stage is also very obvious. The introductory stage - the basic stage - the intensive stage - the real test stage - the simulated test stage. The main thing is to do more questions on the premise of laying a good foundation. The introductory stage is to initially become familiar with the basic knowledge of advanced mathematics that has been forgotten. Generally, students who have time to review a year before the postgraduate entrance examination can familiarize themselves with advanced mathematics textbooks in their spare time. The basic stage is the official start. It can be started from December to March. It should be systematically passed through the basic versions of major postgraduate entrance examination books and online courses. It must be completed before the start of summer vacation. The summer vacation begins with the intensive phase, the second round of review of advanced mathematics + the study of line algebra and probability theory. This is the most important period, which directly determines the basis of the score for the postgraduate entrance examination mathematics, so you must pay close attention to it. You may not be able to complete the intensive phase of study during the summer vacation, so you need to use the month or two months after the summer vacation to continue working hard. After completing the intensive phase, you should immediately start the real test phase, mainly doing the real mathematics problems of the past ten years. If you have time, you can do it for a few more years. In December, the simulation test stage begins, and it is enough to do about a dozen sets of simulation questions. The more recommended ones are those by Li Lin and Yu Bingsen. At this time, you must also pay attention to reviewing your own mistakes.

Professional courses

Professional courses must rely on the Red Book to give full play to limited energy. I took four exams and it is recommended to start in May. First, take a look at the preliminary open class recorded by the doctoral senior, and you will almost know the basic strategies for review. Here, I will talk about some specific details. After getting the red book, you can join the elite group. This is a very important resource. Among them are either comrades who took the postgraduate entrance examination together, or seniors. For self-study subjects, perhaps only these people will have a common language with you. If you encounter problems during the preparation process, be sure to come here to discuss it. You can usually get a good answer. One thing that many people don’t pay attention to is that if you don’t get a good answer in the group, you can actually answer questions in the Q&A file in the group file. Even in the later stages of the postgraduate entrance examination, many friends who have entered the elite group do not know that there is The existence of this file is a big loss. My review strategy is to read through the textbook - browse the red book - do the corresponding exercises - do the real questions - do the final questions - summarize the question types. The first is to read through the textbook. I can read one chapter in almost a day. It is best to understand it. If you can't understand it, it doesn't matter. Skim reading to grasp the overall context, and then read the Red Book handouts to deepen your understanding of the parts that need to be mastered. In this way, you will have theoretical knowledge. The next step is to do the questions. The questions at Jilin University are very regular. They are almost certain types of questions. Try to do the questions. If you don’t know how to do it, ask in the group and you will usually have the answer. However, it should be noted that some The questions, especially the ones in the final questions, are particularly difficult and biased. You don’t have to master these for the time being. It’s better to work on the side quests after the main quest is completed. Don't be afraid of wasting the real questions, just do it, and do it a few more times. I feel that my ability to get more than 130 in professional courses is mainly due to the fact that I have passed the real questions and final questions three times, and I am already familiar with them.

Retest

I used the retest red book for the retest. The master's degree test is for advanced language processing, so preparation is relatively easy. To prepare for the online re-examination, you must "grasp it with both hands". On the one hand, you should read the designated textbooks and the online courses taught by the teacher to master the theoretical knowledge; on the other hand, practice the algorithm questions: Red Book Handouts – Real Questions – Final Questions, and then think carefully about what you  have What are your advantages, and then prepare to introduce yourself. If you don’t have any advantages, then learn cutting-edge knowledge such as machine learning in the process. In your self-introduction, say that you understand machine learning, so that the teacher will focus on asking you about this knowledge. If you answer well, you will get bonus points. Don’t give up until the end of the retest (reposted).
