This problem occurs because there is no permission. This needs to be dealt with. If there are no special requirements, just open the guest account directly. See the process for details; the picture below is the error picture.

Step 1: Computer-right click and properties;

Step 7: Add guest's access to select all--Access this computer from the network--Properties--Add users and groups--Advanced--Find now, select guest, and confirm;

PS: If you select a guest and need to use a user and password for access, then select the classic test at this step. The account name is guest, the password is empty, and there is a remember password next to it, so be sure to check it;
