This problem occurs because there is no permission. This needs to be dealt with. If there are no special requirements, just open the guest account directly. See the process for details; the picture below is the error picture.
Step 1: Computer-right click and properties;

Step 2: Select the local user group-User-select guest on the right;

Step 3: Remove the disabled account; then confirm;

Step 4: Right-click the guest and set the password; --continue --- do not set the password when setting it, just leave the password blank;

Step 5: Select Control Panel--Administrative Tools--Local Security Policy;

Step 6: Local Security Policy - User Rights Assignment - Deny access to this computer from the network - Right click - Properties - Delete guest;

Step 7: Add guest's access to select all--Access this computer from the network--Properties--Add users and groups--Advanced--Find now, select guest, and confirm;

Step 8: Left side--Security options--Network access: Sharing of local accounts and anonymous enumeration of shares--Select Guests only--OK
PS: If you select a guest and need to use a user and password for access, then select the classic test at this step. The account name is guest, the password is empty, and there is a remember password next to it, so be sure to check it;
