6.3.2.2 Coding identification
The coding mark should be on the surface of the ingot according to the grade, status (homogenized state ingots are marked with O₃
, as-cast ingots are not marked), size specifications,
product standard number (should be marked when required), melting number, Root number (should be marked if required), production unit name (or code), weight (if required)

6.3.2.3 Label identification
The round ingot label should be labeled on the end face of the tail of the ingot, which should include the grade and status (the ingot in the homogenized state is marked with O.

6.3.2.4 Information identification
The information marking of round ingots shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6.3.1.4.
7 Plate identification
7.1 Logo selection
7.1.1 Plates with a thickness less than 10 mm should be marked by inkjet coding, or C
combination marking can be used. Plates with a thickness of not less than 10 mm should
be marked with notches, or with inkjet coding, label marking or combination marking.
7.1.2
When the buyer requires the use of inkjet coding, single-point inkjet printing, surrounding inkjet printing or continuous inkjet printing can be used.
When the product standard or order form (or contract) does not indicate the plate inkjet coding method, single-point inkjet printing should be used. code.
7.1.3 The marking of aluminum and aluminum alloy plates used in aviation and aerospace should comply with the provisions of B.2.
7.2 Identification information
The identification information of different identification methods of plates should comply with the provisions of Table 3.

7.3 Identification rules
7.3.1 Score marking
The score mark of the plate should be on the end face of the plate in any
width direction, according to the grade, status, thickness (or pattern code), batch number, production unit
The name (or code name) and the inspection and printing order of the supplier's technical supervision department are marked. The marking information can be marked in a single row or in a double row.
Example 1:
For plates with grade 2A12, T4 status, thickness 102 mm, and batch number L1234
, the inspection stamp of the supplier's technical supervision department is "inspection". The marking diagram is shown in Figure 15.

7.3.2.1 单点喷码

板材单点喷码在轧制表面四周沿任一长度或宽度方向,按照牌号、状态、尺寸规格(或花纹代
号)、产品标准编号、批号、生产单位名称(或代号)、供方技术监督部门的检印顺序进行标识,标识信息宜
采用单排标识。
7.3.2.1.2
板材的单点喷码标识文字在其所在边目视观察应为正向字体,且标识应与所在边保持平
行,标识信息距板材边部应保持(250±50)mm 的距离。

板材整板面连续喷码沿板材轧制面的轧制方向,按牌号、状态、尺寸规格(或花纹代号)、产品
标准编号、批号、生产单位名称(或代号)、供方技术监督部门的检印顺序进行标识,标识信息宜采用单排
标识。
7.3.2.3.2
板材的喷码信息采用同向喷码,标识字体方向以板材其中一边为正向字体,每条喷码信息的
方向应沿板材的轧制方向进行喷码。
7.3.2.3.3
标识应与所在边保持平行,标识信息距板材边部应保持(250±50)mm
的距离,每组信息间 距离应为(150±50) mm,
标识信息沿垂直于轧制方向每条间距为(250±50)mm

7.3.3 标签标识
标签标识应贴在板材靠近任一角的轧制表面上,堆垛交货的板材,应在堆垛最上面的3张板材分别
贴在靠近任一角的轧制表面上的同一位置。标签标识应包括牌号、状态、尺寸规格(或厚度)、产品标准
编号、批号、生产单位名称(或代号)、供方技术监督部门的检印,还可包含需方要求的其他信息。
示例:
2A12 牌号、T4 状态、尺寸规格为102 mm (厚)×1900 mm (宽)×7000 mm
(长)、产品标准编号为 GB/T 3880、批号
