When installing mysql, the fourth step was stuck and the display failed. I finally found a solution. I hope it can help everyone.
Click on the log and find that there are garbled characters. This is usually because the name of the computer has been changed to Chinese, so at this step, the Chinese will be recognized and cannot continue.
Just find the file my, ini in C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0. This is a hidden file and must be checked to be displayed. Enter the file to find garbled characters or Chinese characters, and change them all to English.
Save and install again
