I recall that I used to work part-time in college and worked at the bottom of the society. I did local promotions, distributed small advertisements, distributed leaflets with a group of gangsters, made harassing phone calls at work, moved rickshaws, stood on the street selling things, and did other things. These jobs at the bottom of society taught me that learning is the simplest and most valuable thing in society, and I never get tired of learning. 1 junior high school

(1) life

In an ordinary middle school, unfortunately, in the first grade placement test, I was assigned to the ordinary class, and all my good friends went to the top class. After being deeply shocked, I decided to study well by myself in the ordinary class. I often passed by the top class to take a peek at the learning atmosphere of the entire class. Everyone in the ordinary class is having fun in their spare time and on weekends, while most of the people in the top class are immersed in studying, which is very encouraging to me. In class, many people will fight in the class, and some teachers can't control it. I always sit in the first row and listen. I try to keep myself focused on what is happening around me and suppress my thoughts. Crying mood. I have to run to go to the toilet during recess. I sprint into the team at the last minute for recess exercise. I also carry a vocabulary book with me. After doing recess exercise, I am the first to rush back to the classroom and immerse myself in studying.

If I am not good at physics, I will do all the examples. If I am not good at chemistry, I will memorize all the formulas. If the teacher says something in class, I will remember it and make sure I understand every word of the teacher. If I don’t understand, I will give examples directly. Hand asked the teacher. In the end, you can achieve perfect scores. I was terrible at geography and time, so I only put a small amount of energy into studying to ensure that I could get a B or above in the college entrance examination. I focused on language, math, physics and chemistry. My composition was terrible, so my Chinese teacher bought me a book of selected compositions. I read the entire book, took a lot of notes, and marked out good words and sentences to read and recite. Finally, I went back to school every Sunday at noon to write an essay and let the Chinese teacher help me correct it.

(3) Work and rest

In terms of work and rest arrangements, insist on going to bed early and getting up early, turn off the lights and go to bed, get up at six o'clock, never do homework on weekends, do not bring homework home, go to the school classroom before 1 o'clock on Sunday afternoon to start studying, catch up on homework and questions, and study by yourself in the evening .

Fortunately, a teacher saw my hard work during this process. The teacher will pay special attention to the children who work hard and give me the greatest encouragement and care. My Chinese teacher bought me composition books, my chemistry teacher and physics teacher gave me extra strengthening materials for free, my English teacher often encouraged me, and my math teacher gave me a private lecture on the topic. The school forced me to go back to the dormitory for a lunch break. I studied secretly in the classroom. Several other students were playing games on the classroom computer. I was terrible at physics in high school. I overcame my fear of difficult problems and took the final question of the test paper I bought. I did it all until I understood it, and then went back to do other questions. Everything suddenly became clear to me. In the memories of my classmates, I was always running, running to the cafeteria, running back to the dormitory, and running to the toilet. It seemed that I was racing on my own, and my only goal was to get better results in the next exam. It's probably a habit I developed in high school and I've stuck to it.

(2) University selection

After the college entrance examination, choosing a school is very important. My goal for three years of high school was to study medicine. A few days before I filled out my application form, my sister asked for leave from the hospital and persuaded me to give up studying medicine. It was too painful, tiring and painful. I temporarily changed my major in finance, picked up a reference book and picked the school randomly based on the score line. At that time, I didn’t even know what 985 and 211 were. Finally, I went to Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and majored in software engineering. The gears of fate began to turn, and I became a computer student. However, this became a problem for me. After college, I learned that several classmates with lower scores than me went to 985 or 211.

When choosing a major, it is best to find an experienced person and let others help you choose a major. Don't blindly choose a certain major or school based on a certain post on the Internet or a simple reason. When choosing a major, you should consult everyone who has been engaged in the relevant industry. The school is divided into three, six and nine levels, including junior college, second-level, double-first-level, double-first-class, 211, 985, and Hong Kong and Macao independent enrollment. There are a lot of information gaps in these. Even if you don't do well in the exam, you can still win because of the information gap. After applying for a school in Hong Kong and Macao and failing the application, you can also apply to a school in Hong Kong and Macao. The requirements of the schools there are relatively low, and you can go to a good university with just one exam. (1) Goal

Before your first semester of college is over, identify a goal for yourself for college. One of the five directions: study abroad, postgraduate guarantee, postgraduate entrance examination, direct doctorate, and employment.

Studying abroad is the easiest, as long as you have enough grades, learn English well and take IELTS or TOEFL. Start reviewing during the mid-term to prepare for the final exam. Perform well in class and communicate with the teacher in advance before the exam. You need good grades to study abroad. The teacher is very easy to communicate with. As long as you ask the teacher, it will not be a big problem. Then it’s time to find an agency to apply to the school.

The matter of postgraduate entrance examination is actually very simple. In addition to good grades, you also need to participate in competitions and participate in various professional competitions, mathematics competitions, and mathematical modeling competitions. Winning two provincial or above awards is enough. The overall score can be very high. Being a class committee member or a student cadre is of little use.

If you don't have enough grades for the postgraduate entrance examination, if you continue to study for postgraduate school, you only need to set aside time in your junior year to fully prepare for your studies. Don't fail the exam and complete the CET-6 as soon as possible.

For a direct PhD, you need to publish a paper, enter the school, find your own professional teacher, ask to join the teacher's laboratory to do projects, follow the laboratory and graduate students to publish papers, learn how to do scientific research, write papers, publish papers, and try to publish in English.

If you want to find a job, try to find an internship as early as your sophomore year. Internships include a lot of online and offline work, so you can accumulate more work experience and do more projects. Task drives you to study, and make full use of summer and winter vacations for internships.

I enjoyed various activities during my freshman year, participating in calligraphy clubs, gatherings with fellow students, skateboarding, playing tennis, joining the New Media Center, and working on projects with teachers during my sophomore year, until it finally became my graduation project. I didn't go home during the summer vacations of my freshman and sophomore years, so I found an internship in a company near the school. During the winter vacation of my junior year, I rented a house off campus to prepare for graduate school exams, and spent New Year's Eve alone. I worked hard to study for the postgraduate entrance examination for a year, and finally finished the postgraduate entrance examination, but I didn't reach the ideal score, so I had to choose to adjust. Finally, I finally had a book to study. However, these experiences have enriched my university experience.

(2) Study

Keep learning English and become proficient in a foreign language. I passed CET-4 and CET-6 in my freshman year, studying the questions and memorizing vocabulary. This quietly laid the foundation for my subsequent application. I have been memorizing English words since high school and have been doing it for 10 years now. I have been memorizing words continuously for more than five years. I will take the IELTS exam before the end of this year. Fully explore your hobbies and find your passion. I tried various interests in my freshman year and finally chose tennis. I fell in love with tennis in my freshman year. In my sophomore year, I became the president of the tennis club and joined the school team. I represented the school in many college sports meets. I met the closest group of friends in my life at school. We went to various colleges and universities in Tianjin to play ball together, had dinner together, studied together, and played together. Even now, we are far apart, but we miss each other every day, are in constant contact, and must attend any weddings. . Passionate about sports, I found my passion and my self-confidence. I went from a loner in high school to a social cow.

I mastered the methods and skills of scientific research in my first year of graduate school, taught myself many scientific research tools, and took several certification exams to supervise my own study. I started writing my thesis at the end of the first semester. I started doing competitions in my second year as a graduate student. In my three years as a graduate student, I participated in more than 20 competitions at the national and provincial levels. I formed teams with students from other schools and made many outstanding friends from other universities. At the same time, I published a paper and received a national scholarship for graduate students. The national award is 20,000 yuan, which is a great encouragement for students. Winning a national award is not just the traditional way of publishing papers, but you can also participate in competitions, host scientific research projects, and invent patents. Competitions and invention patents are simpler than papers. When I was in my third year of graduate school, I majored in computer science. I studied finance by myself for two months, and worked in cross-industry fields of computer and finance. I started to submit my resume for internships, doing online and offline internships, and preparing for employment. I got a good salary offer right after graduation. These three years were all self-study. With self-motivation, I found my own research direction, employment direction, and planned my own study route. I insist on loving running and tennis. I often run a few kilometers at 6:30 in the morning. I participate in school sports meets every year, including 800 meters, 400 meters, and 1500 meters. I win two medals every year. The school has a tennis major and a very good court. When you are tired from studying, you can play for four or five hours, take a shower and lie on the bed and sleep comfortably. The next day will be another energetic day. On behalf of the school, I often go out to play tennis matches, which increases my knowledge and fully loves life. I also got some certificates, which will be good supporting materials for future study abroad. Foreign schools pay more attention to the comprehensive quality of students. I like to read in the morning. I get up early and come back from a run. After taking a shower, I sit down and start reading. In the past three years, I have read dozens of casual books and devoured many obscure and difficult professional books. I didn't make a good plan when choosing an undergraduate school, so I chose randomly. I failed the postgraduate entrance examination and was transferred to both schools. I feel very disappointed when I see my high school classmates with worse grades than me and college classmates with whom I attend classes and classes go to 985 and 211. But in the past thirteen years, I have never been discouraged, I have been moving forward, I have never stopped, regardless of other people's opinions, I have been myself and loved life. After graduating from graduate school, I saw an opportunity to apply for the Expo. I submitted all the materials. Fortunately, my past course results, English proficiency, papers and competitions all met the requirements. All the footprints left are still there. I seized this opportunity, devoted a lot of energy to preparation, and finally successfully applied for a PhD in Computer Science at City University of Macau. There are still four years of books to read, so keep working hard and you will have a promising future.
