After that, I went to the production workshop. It was different from the assembly line I imagined. There were few people, only a few scattered people working on production, and many equipment were not turned on. I was assigned to the placement team. We put on anti-static clothing and entered the sterilization room for disinfection. Then we went to the workshop where I was intern. What they did in this workshop was to tin-mount printed PCBs. Welding, they have a total of 4 assembly lines here, one of which has been shut down, one is to produce control boards, and the other two are to produce two types of LED warning lights. Since the process is the same, I will introduce it with an LED assembly line. First of all, the first process is the printing machine, which is to cover the PCB with a steel mesh and then use a milling cutter to apply tin. The important point is to find the MARK point of the PCB. This is also the reason why this machine often reports errors. It cannot find it. This MARK point needs to be manually framed next to it. My first reaction was the visual image processing of Labview. The first thing that came to mind when positioning this kind of control was the industrial application of Labview. I looked at the picture, which is a binary picture, but the edges are very rough, probably because they have not been processed. Smooth it. The machine needs to find the box. The threshold may be too high, so it often cannot find the box.

The board that comes out at this time can be seen through the connector that solder paste has been attached. The next step is to send it to the solder paste optical measuring machine. The main purpose of this machine is to determine whether the thickness of the solder paste on the solder joints is qualified through optical reflection. , whether the position is correct. This machine also often reported errors. After asking the staff there, I found out that this was the case. This machine is also a visual inspection machine. Since the thickness of tin is very strict, it will often report alarms. Another type of error is that the detection fails. Even if the solder paste reaches the solder joints or the frame reaches halfway, an error will be reported. I still think of the industrial application of Labview. Indeed, the most convenient way to process this kind of image is Labview. When I thought about the application of Labview in this scenario, I found that it is feasible. The sensitivity is very high. After thinking about the project, only vision plus movement has more practical significance.

On the third day, we will continue to introduce the next process. The first is the automatic placement machine, which can place 3-4 components in one second. Since the PCB version may have different numbers of components, there are a total of two automatic placement machines in one assembly line. At this time, all common chip components have been affixed to the PCB board. At this time, an employee is required to perform manual inspection on the connection table of the final placement machine to prevent the omissions of the automatic placement machine. The last step is reflow. After soldering, the high temperature generated by reflow is used to melt and then cool down the solder. The melting temperature is about 250 degrees, and the solder paste solidifies at about 210 degrees. The specific situations are also different, so the monitor there also showed us some past samples, which are all used to test temperature, including power modules, control boards, LED alarm lights, etc.

After that, the squad leader told us about some special circumstances of designing PCB boards, such as the requirements for via holes during design, how many via holes are specified for a PCB, and the distance between special components is also strictly controlled, such as The distance between the LED and the input terminal of the power supply needs to be greater than half of the layout. In other words, after the circuit is designed, the more difficult part is the PCB wiring design, so the difficulty is not what we think when designing the PCB. It's so easy and easy. When we were in school, we didn't think much about wiring and the influence between components. Therefore, we always neglected to consider the actual situation. There is actually a quality inspection process after reflow soldering, which is to use the LM photodetection machine to see if there are any errors. For example, when the temperature is high, the diode may suddenly flip over, or other empty soldering, virtual soldering, etc., so it needs to be carried out at the end. Quality inspection.

On the fourth day, we came to the finished product exhibition hall of Greer Group. During this period, we saw the company's product results over the years, including high-speed street lamps and table lamps. What impressed me most were optical communication devices and inverters. Optical communication is a communication technology that uses light to transmit data. It uses optical fiber as the transmission medium to transmit information through the refraction and reflection of light.

According to the person in charge, the table lamps here are only sold to the United States. They only have production rights in China and do not sell them domestically. The price of this table lamp abroad is 138 US dollars. After being introduced, I learned that this The desk lamp is not just a desk lamp, it simulates sunlight in terms of lighting and integrates multiple functions such as Bluetooth, alarm clock, and remote control. The number of features really amazes me.

After that, we entered the second floor. As soon as we entered, we saw the transformers. Various transformers, including automatic winding and manual winding, were determined according to the demand. All kinds of transformers can be produced here. Of course, I don’t know much about this part of the process, so I don’t understand much about it.
