1. Check whether the local remote connection is normal
Step 1: Open Remote Desktop Connection.
Click on the Start menu in the lower left corner of the computer, find Remote Desktop Connection, and click on it. If you don't often use remote desktop connections, then this icon is in the attachment. Look carefully and you will see it.
Step 2: Click on the Remote Desktop Connection dialog box, find "Display Options" in the lower left corner of the dialog box and click on it.
Step 3: After clicking on the display options, find the "Local Resources" column, click on it, find the pasteboard, and check it.
2. Check the remote server
Step 1: Open the remote server, right-click an empty space on the server's taskbar, and select "Start Task Manager".
Step 2: In the opened task manager, we find the "rdpclip.exe" process. If not found, forget it.
Step 3: After finding the process, select "End Process". If the process is not found, look down.
Step 4: We need to restore the process that was lost in steps 2 and 3. We find the search box in the server's start menu, enter "rdpclip" in the search box, and the process will be displayed. Just press Enter.
After completing this operation on the server, then copy and paste it to the server and it will be successful.
Note: If the rdpclip.exe process is not found on the server side, you can create it and end it again.
