The rdpclip.exe process is not running or is running abnormally.
rdpclip allows the rdp protocol (remote desktop protocol) to copy files remotely. If you use rdp (3389) to connect to or be connected to others remotely, usually this process will start, and its task is to copy information and files remotely.
Solution:
1. Open the task manager on the server, check the process, find the rdpclip.exe process, and close it.
2. Re-run the program
windows key+R-->input "rdpclip.exe" and press Enter.
In the task manager, click "File" --> "New Task"-type "rdpclip.exe" and press Enter to execute.
