Create a warmer environment for everyone

Diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI), the three sectors are interconnected to create a culture and environment where each individual is fully respected, unleashes their potential, and has a sense of belonging. In the DEI keynote speech, the guests shared based on the research.

If an enterprise wants to achieve long-term success, it needs to integrate DEI culture into the blood of corporate culture to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in different dimensions. A diverse team can bring different perspectives and ideas, allowing companies to better understand and meet the needs of different users, helping companies discover new opportunities, solve problems and achieve innovation. DEI cultural practices can significantly improve employee satisfaction and employee retention, especially among young talent and female employees .

The importance of DEI is obvious, and some companies have already taken action to integrate DEI into their corporate culture. The conference invited the CEO from Mattel 163 to talk about how his company implements DEI in three aspects: players, teams, and products, and provides inspiration for promoting DEI in the technology Internet industry from a more practical perspective.
