Entering the Qinglian backend, all applications start through the creation process, which is divided into two methods: quick creation and creation through templates .
Create a process from scratch
In quick creation, we can see that it is divided into two visual operations, namely:
The triggering of events, for example, we can choose when the content of Tencent documents changes, is a common event.
When the document content changes, we need to take another action, such as sending the changes to Enterprise WeChat.
If we summarize it a little, you will find that Qinglian converts our needs into simple logic such as action->result , and names it as a process .
Create processes from templates
Qinglian compiles common processes into process templates so that they can be used out of the box and quickly create automated processes. Moreover, more than 200 common templates are built-in, which greatly speeds up the convenience of our process compilation.

The first step is to create a basic process framework and select the process from WeChat official account to MiniMax.
In the second step, after clicking Create Now, you need to add WeChat authorization, which is the WeChat official account that will receive user information in the future.
