2. Search for vue devtools and click in
3. Download the plug-in
4. Download to your own file under Files: Mine was downloaded to the E drive.
5. Compress to the current directory
6. Enter the extension program on your computer (different browsers operate differently!)

9. Click on detailed information
10. Set the allowed access to file URLs
