Not good at learning

On the other hand, people who are not good at learning will blame everyone and others when things happen, indulge in tricks and deceit, and ultimately achieve nothing.
Not paying attention to career changes
Times are advancing and careers are changing. Take software testing as an example. The core mission of the initial tester is to execute the program and find bugs. But now, the core mission of testers has been expanded. In addition to executing programs to find bugs, they must also prevent defects through ideas such as testing left and testing right, and quickly promote version circulation through automation and test development technology. If we don’t pay attention to career changes and still stay in the same situation more than ten years ago, it will be even more difficult to change the environment later.

Self-knowledge does not mean that we should regard ourselves as inferior and shrink from everything. For example, during recruitment, you may meet all the requirements except academic qualifications, or even stand out, so you might as well give it a try. Be confident, it’s not a big deal, if you don’t try, how will you know it doesn’t work?
Self-knowledge does not make us think too highly of ourselves, thinking that we are the best and others are scum. Unless this kind of person is a real technical genius and is indispensable to the company, he will eventually be expelled in order to balance the overall mood of the team.
Be evil but not good
Forge a good relationship and get a good fruit.
Everyone may have noticed a phenomenon in the workplace. Most people who are really in high positions appear to be amiable and easy to talk to. Why? In addition to the fact that all evil people have been killed by the kid below, I'm afraid there is also the idea of forming a good relationship. For example, a technical boss once said, if you are really capable, why should I make things difficult for you? Maybe I will need your help in the future and give you a convenient door. Maybe it will be my window of opportunity in the future.
On the contrary, if we hold ourselves too high, make enemies everywhere, and have bad relations with others, we will inevitably become disloyal and alienated, and we will fall into a desperate situation, with no one caring about us, or even being insulted.
fear of change
In the workplace, we are often full of fear of change. For example, if you are given the opportunity to do management, you are afraid that you will not be competent, so you give up the opportunity; you know that you may have better development after changing jobs, but because of the fear of failure, you are hesitant and eventually fall into trouble; for example, you know that you He is introverted and not good at communicating. Every time he meets in a communication meeting, he clearly has a good idea in mind, but he cannot express it. In the end, he can only feel sorry for himself and feel depressed.
There is no doubt that fear of change will be our enemy for a long time. Defeat it and you will be reborn. Surrender to it and you will fall into despair step by step.
Limit personal circles
Most technical staff give people the impression that they are homely, boring, and simple. They easily define their own circles and have only one channel for communication and information acquisition.
For example, if a technician was forced to jump off a building by his ex-wife a while ago, if he had a friend in the legal industry and consulted him and handled it properly, he would not have committed suicide out of fear of various threats from his ex-wife; furthermore, if his circle was wide enough, in Under the premise of being excellent, there will be no shortage of friends to introduce girlfriends, and there will be no bad relationships through dating websites.
Making more connections not only enables us to obtain more solutions in times of crisis, but also enables us to understand the dynamics and knowledge of other industries. Perhaps the next path of our career will be revealed in them.
