Cancel UOS dual system boot

The entrance to uninstall UOS is hard to find, and the UOS startup selection window always pops up after restarting.

Only one command is needed to solve this problem.

In the Windows system, run the cmd command as the system administrator.

enter:

bcdboot c:\windows

Then restart, it's OK~
