After solving the problem that the C drive is full, I suddenly cannot open ENVI5.6, which was able to run before. After clicking on it, I always stay in this interface.

to The following path is C:\Users\***\.idl\envi, find the preferences5_6 folder
Delete all files inside.
PS: If you are afraid that the file still cannot be solved after deletion and need to be restored, you can cut and paste it to the desktop or other places first.
Run ENVI5.6 again and you can open it!
