WiSA E uses the 5GHz portion of the Wi-Fi frequency band to provide high-performance, high-quality wireless audio transmission and reception at an affordable price point.

WiSA E is a software-based, Wi-Fi compatible 8-channel immersive audio solution that operates in the 5GHz frequency band. WiSA E's low-latency design and tight speaker synchronization are critical to supporting Dolby Atmos and DTS-X over the air, enabling audio manufacturers to create audio product. Customers can implement WiSA E in a number of ways, including using plug-and-play modules or purchasing a license for the IP, which enables customers to embed WiSA E software directly into compatible SoC TV platforms.
