Solution 1: Reset the page border and cancel the bottom border.
1. Double-click the header to enter the header and footer editing state, and then select the header text.
2. Click the "Home" tab, find the "Paragraph" command group, click the drop-down arrow to the right of "Border", and click "Border and Shading" in the pop-up options.
3. In the "Border and Shading" dialog box, click the position shown in the figure below to remove the "Bottom Line", and then click "OK".

Solution 2: Completely clear the document format.
1. Double-click the header part to enter the header and footer editing state. Then select the header text section.
2. Click the "Home" tab, find the "Style" command, click the drop-down arrow at "Style", and click "Clear Formatting" in the pop-up options.
3. After clearing the format, the horizontal line in the text part of the header can be removed.
