General process:

Create a new temporary administrator account (reason: your own account does not have permission to modify your own user file name)

modify username

Modify the registry (purpose: modify the path mapped to the user folder of the local account)

Log in to the temporary administrator account and modify the user folder

Detailed process:

New Administrator & Modify Username

Right-click the Windows icon on the taskbar and open "Computer Management"

Right click on the blank space to create a new user TEMP

 Add administrator privileges to the TEMP user:

Modify the current user name (because the user name must be consistent with the user file name)

Final cleanup:

When finished, switch back - enter computer management, delete the temporary administrator and user users folder, delete the temporary administrator folder
