(Because the Xiaomi smart camera does not support manually adding non-445 ports, only root can allow samba to use the 445 port, otherwise the Xiaomi smart camera will not be able to scan it. It is best for the phone to support the insertion of a TF card, because the dump will wear out the flash memory)

Deploy the samba server:
①Enable root authority: go to the official website to download the unlocking tool and unlock bl, then extract the boot.img in the installation package. Modify boot.img with magisk. After flashing twrp to the mobile phone with fastboot, you must directly enter twrp (otherwise it will automatically restore the official recovery), and then flash the previously modified boot.img. After booting, see the magisk mask on the desktop, which means rooting is successfully enabled.
②Configure the samba server: Search and download the "LAN drive" software on the mobile phone, grant the root authority of the "LAN drive", open samba, add access users (name + password) in USERS, open SMB1 in the settings (Xiaomi smart cameras only support the old version SMB1.0), enable read and write permissions in the settings.
③Add access path: If it is saved to a TF card, it is necessary to add an additional access path to the TF card in SHARINGS.
④ Detection: use another mobile phone (Soild Explorer file manager) or windows explorer to access the network share, enter the account password, if you see the file shared by samba, it is successful.
Set up the network disk:
After downloading the network disk, turn on the automatic video backup function of the network disk
Tips: Some network disks may need to manually add albums (folders), but Xiaomi smart cameras automatically divide the time and divide videos into different albums (folders), so automatic synchronization may not be possible. Tianyi cloud disk seems to have this problem

To set up Xiaomi Smart Camera:
Add a NAS to the Xiaomi camera, search for the samba created by Android, and enter the account & password. Set the backup duration. (Tips: If the phone's flash memory is insufficient and the backup time is set too long, the backup will fail. It is recommended that the free memory of the phone is greater than 64G, and the backup time is set to 1 week). If you find that the smart camera has been preparing, you can turn off the backup button Turn on backup again.
