"Gathering Yard Power", a 32-hour extreme challenge

This hackathon is hosted by the SegmentFault developer community. Google, as a content partner, provided diversified support for this competition. Through guests sharing their participation experience, discussing how to apply relevant tools to achieve creative inspiration, and to help developers jointly explore "response Societal challenges and real-life problems" approach to innovation.

At that time, hundreds of developers who have entered the finals will gather together to challenge 32 hours from 0 to 1 to implement their ideas. During this time, they will use the group as a unit to "gather code power" to complete creative brainstorming and product design. , code implementation and Demo display.

4 dimensions of multiple scoring, free learning resources to help

During the registration period, the organizer will conduct a rolling preliminary screening of the product idea books of the participating teams. The team that completes the registration and submits the product idea book may receive the offline hackathon PASS card at any time.

Teams that have obtained the participation PASS card but have not reached the upper limit of 5 members can also recruit new players to join within the registration period. Players who fail to obtain a PASS card can also choose to join the team that has obtained a PASS card before the deadline for registration.

In the end, the judging committee of the competition will give scores based on the four dimensions of the completion of the work, project innovation, practical effect and social value. The winning team will not only get the high prize money of the competition, but also a Google limited gift package.

In addition, Google also provides free online courses for Google developers to help developers continue to improve and build up energy for hackathons. Participants

Participate in registration

  • Developers sign up as individuals, and each member of the team must sign up individually.

  • After registration, the SegmentFault official will screen the applicants.

Creative Submission

  • Under the requirements of the theme direction, the ideas submitted by the participating teams must be developed through designated tools and technologies, and the product ideas should be submitted to the unified platform designated by the organizer before 23:59 on August 29, 2023.

  • Product ideas can be written around the project name, project introduction, technical solutions, expected results, etc.

  • All entries submitted by participating teams should and must be guaranteed to be original. Those who plagiarize or plagiarize works from other projects will be disqualified once they are found and verified.

  • Due to the limited number of seats for the competition, we will review the product ideas submitted by the teams, and give priority to inviting teams with production and research backgrounds, strong willingness to participate and certain creative thinking to participate and issue offline PASS cards. In addition, if the number of teams that have obtained an offline PASS card does not reach the upper limit of 5 people, they can also recruit new players to join at any time during the registration period.

  • Teams that have obtained the offline PASS card can adjust their product creative direction at any time before the start of the competition. The initial product idea book is only used as a consideration in the preliminary screening of the team.

  • There are more than 20 seats for this competition. If the PASS cards are issued, the registration will be closed immediately. On August 30th, we will announce the list of finalists.

  • In order to ensure the fairness of the competition, after the shortlist is announced, each team can conceive product development plans based on product ideas, but cannot start specific development work.

  • This year's Hackathon will start in Shanghai on September 6-7. The participating teams need to complete product development within 32 hours through the specified technology, and conduct a live roadshow on September 7. The results of the competition will be announced on the same day.
