April is coming to an end, and this journey has come to a successful conclusion
The WTM Female Developers Conference in 2023 is the same as in previous years, and I want to bring you a worthwhile participation experience. In the past one month or so, we have set foot in 10 cities and held a total of 10 themed events, inviting outstanding women from various industries including Google, Tencent, Amazon, CSDN, Pinwan, etc. as guests. Starting from a perspective, focusing on entrepreneurship for passionate sharing, extended more topics about women in the workplace for in-depth exchanges, attracted nearly 5,000 participants online and offline , and left incomparably precious memories.
Our vision and goal has always been to create a diverse, equal, and inclusive community and help everyone grow. So this year, in addition to first-tier cities such as Beijing , Shanghai , Guangzhou , and Shenzhen , we also left our footprints in Macau, Zhengzhou , Chengdu , Xiamen , Wuhan, and Zhangjiakou , and we also felt the strong enthusiasm for participation from everyone.
The face-to-face communication has shortened the distance between everyone's hearts. The stories of each guest let us truly feel the unique style of women in the workplace, learn the courageous power to pursue ourselves, and feel proud of them from the bottom of our hearts.

During the event, Connie interacted with the audience and encouraged everyone to take their own steps.
