Small and medium-sized enterprises are facing many challenges in the field of production and manufacturing, including improving product competitiveness and standardizing production and manufacturing. However, due to the small scale of enterprises and insufficient resources, many enterprises have certain difficulties in implementing the MES management system. This article will analyze the problems that small and medium-sized enterprises may encounter when choosing and implementing MES management system from the aspects of cognitive misunderstanding, unclear demand, insufficient coordination, first-up and then-up, and provide solutions.
