In this private environment, users can freely manage and configure the network, including IP addresses, routing rules, etc. At present, VPC is widely used in scenarios such as building large-traffic video, live broadcast services, Internet of Things services, game acceleration services, and hybrid cloud construction.

At present, with the acceleration and deepening of the "cloudization" process of enterprises, more stringent requirements are put forward for the scale, performance and stability of VPC in scenarios such as comprehensive cloud native, cloud-edge integration, and high-performance computing.

Tencent Cloud's newly upgraded VPC architecture effectively solves these challenges by applying a number of self-developed technologies such as HARP network transmission protocol, Yinshan DPU system, and software-defined routing access system.

Among them, Tencent Cloud's self-developed software-defined routing access system innovatively uses "controller delivery technology based on separation of cold and hot data", etc., which can support users to build the industry's largest 3 million node single node under the premise of ensuring overall performance. VPC greatly reduces the complexity of multi-VPC management and O&M. Through the self-developed high-performance DPU chip and software-hardware collaborative architecture, Tencent Cloud realizes network forwarding with a packet rate of 50 million pps, bandwidth of 200 Gbps, and low-latency forwarding of less than 10 microseconds under the session specification of over ten million levels. leading.

In addition, Tencent Cloud's self-developed network protocol HARP, using multi-path adaptive transmission strategies and self-developed congestion control algorithms, can realize millisecond-level perception of physical network failures and congestion, and automatically block abnormal paths. Even in extreme scenarios such as abnormal switch failures and fiber cuts, Tencent Cloud VPC can intelligently process cloud network traffic scheduling to ensure that user services are not affected, and the availability of virtual networks is higher than that of physical networks.
