ccrypt tutorial on Windows

ccrypt is an encryption and decryption toolkit, generally used on Linux, this is a Windows version of the tutorial

Note that ccrypt is a *command line* program. It can only be run from a DOS prompt or shell. It's not the kind of program you can double-click to run.

step1

Go to the official website to download the corresponding installation package

I am 64-bit windows, so I choose this download

 Step2

Unzip the file, put the ccrypt.exe and cygwin1.dll in the folder into the C:/Windows folder

 Step3

Copy four copies of ccrypt.exe under C:/Windows, and name them respectively

  Step4

Then win + r to open cmd, cd to the folder of the encrypted file, and then use the ccdecrypt command, enter the password to get the file

ccdecrypt ATLAS_R2.0.tar.gz.cpt
