The filing related matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Necessity of filing
The sponsors of mobile Internet applications engaged in Internet information services within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall perform filing procedures in accordance with the "Anti-Telecommunication Network Fraud Law of the People's Republic of China", "Internet Information Service Management Measures" (State Council Order No. 292) and other regulations. Those who go through the filing procedures are not allowed to engage in Internet information services.
Developers are required to complete the filing procedures in accordance with the law. If the filing procedures are not performed as required, the WeChat Mini Program will not be allowed to carry out business, and the platform will not provide services for listing. Filing deadline requirements
1. If the WeChat Mini Program is not on the shelves, starting from September 1, 2023, the WeChat Mini Program must be filed before it can be put on the shelves;
2. If the WeChat Mini Program has been put on the shelves, please complete the filing before March 31, 2024. If the filing is not completed within the time limit, the platform will be cleared from April 1, 2024 in accordance with the relevant provisions of the filing.

The overall filing process is divided into five steps: filling in the filing information, preliminary review of the platform, SMS verification by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, review by the Traffic Management Bureau and successful filing.

Reminder: For the mobile phone number, please fill in the valid mobile phone number used by the person in charge and the emergency contact person. The phone needs to be kept open, and different people cannot use the same number.

Reminder: If your Mini Program involves information related to pre-approval, please upload a valid pre-approval document and fill in the approval number/file name.

(2) Platform initial review
After the developer submits the filing information of the mini program on the WeChat public platform, the platform will complete the preliminary review within 1-2 working days (please refer to the actual review time for details), and the review result will be notified to the management in the form of internal messages, template messages, etc. member. During the initial review process of the platform, please keep the phone number of the filing personnel open so that the platform can verify the filing information you submitted.

(3) SMS verification by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, SMS verification is required for the filing of small programs. After you pass the initial review of the filing, you will receive a verification text message from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (sending number: 12381). Please log in to the homepage of the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology within 24 hours of receiving the text message to complete the text message verification. After the SMS verification is successful, the filing application will enter the Traffic Management Bureau Review process.
If it prompts that the verification code is wrong or invalid during the verification, you can trigger a SMS resend; if the verification is not successful within 24 hours, the filing will be automatically rejected by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology system, and you need to resubmit the filing application on the WeChat public platform.
(4) Examination by the Traffic Management Bureau
The provincial communications management bureaus will complete the review within 1-20 working days (subject to the actual review time), and the review results will be notified in the form of internal letters, template messages, and text messages.
(5) Successful filing
After passing the review by the management bureau, the Mini Program record number will be issued, which means that your Mini Program has completed the record filing and can enter the next step of version release and other processes.
