After installing EHCI HSETT, "No Host Controller Found" is displayed, and the tool cannot be used without a suitable Host Controller.
Check the document and learn that EHCI is used as the host of USB 2.0, while PCs are mostly used as the host of USB 3.0 at present. To install the packaging tool suitable for USB 3.0, you need to install xHCI.

"Start", "Computer", right-click "Properties", "System", "System Properties" to view the system type, and then select the corresponding HSETT installation. - EHCI/xHCI is not installed correctly
Check the USB type of the computer, if it supports 3.0, install xHCI, if not, install EHCI.

EHCI: Enhanced Host Controller Interface, which is an enhanced host controller interface specification, describes a register-level interface of a universal serial bus USB2.0 host controller.
