What can Siemens 200PLC do? It can control equipment and realize automatic control, such as cutting machine, wood engraving machine, writing machine, boiler automatic control, etc. It is widely used . It is a small PLC, especially suitable for some small automation projects. In short, industrial control is widely used.
The new features of Siemens S7-200PLC include the following:
1. As shown in the figure below, the CPU of Siemens S7-200 PLC includes CPU221, CPU222, CPU224, CPU224XP and CPU226 and other models;
2. CPU hardware support: CPU224XP supports integrated analog I/O and two communication ports , CPU226 has additional input filtering and pulse capture functions ;
3. New memory card support: S7-200PLC resource browser, memory card conversion, comparison and programming selection;
4. STEP 7-Micro/WIN 4.0 can be used to write and download the program of Siemens S7-200PLC :
(1) It has an enhanced PID self-tuning control panel, PLC built-in position control wizard, data archiving and recipe wizard;
(2) New diagnostic tool: configurable diagnostic LED;
(3) New commands: daylight saving time, interval timer, clear interrupt event and diagnostic LED command;
(4) Enhancement of POU and library: Enhance the support for using the USS library to read and write parameters of Siemens inverters ;
(5) Improved data blocks, data pages, etc.;
