- Login to Zoho Mail Admin Console. ( https://mailadmin.zoho.com/cpanel/home.do# )
- Go to the Domains menu and select the domain for which you want to configure an All-Inbox address.
- Go to the Settings tab and find the All-in email addresses section.
- From the drop-down list, select the email address that you want to configure as an All-Inbox and click to update the corresponding checkmark.
If you have multiple domains, you will need to repeat the same steps for all domains, as All Mailbox is domain-specific. However, you can set up the same account as an "all-in" account for all domains . (One mailbox receives all emails of aaa.com, bbb.com, ccc.com)
- Log in to Zoho Mail Admin Console and select Domains on the left menu.
- Select the domain for which you'd like to configure a catch-all address.
- Navigate to the Catch-all Address section under Advanced Settings.
4、Enter the user's mailbox address or the group mailbox in the Enter a catch-all address field.
Select the preferred mailbox address and click Update.
