Zoho mailbox all received mail catchall settings

  1.  Login to Zoho Mail Admin Console. ( https://mailadmin.zoho.com/cpanel/home.do# )
  2. Go to the Domains menu and select the domain for which you want to configure an All-Inbox address.
  3. Go to the Settings tab and find the All-in email addresses section.
  4. From the drop-down list, select the email address that you want to configure as an All-Inbox and click to update the corresponding checkmark.

If you have multiple domains, you will need to repeat the same steps for all domains, as All Mailbox is domain-specific. However, you can set up the same account as an "all-in" account for all domains . (One mailbox receives all emails of aaa.com, bbb.com, ccc.com)

 

  1. Log in to Zoho Mail Admin Console and select Domains on the left menu.
  2. Select the domain for which you'd like to configure a catch-all address.
  3. Navigate to the Catch-all Address section under Advanced Settings.

4、Enter the user's mailbox address or the group mailbox in the Enter a catch-all address field.

Select the preferred mailbox address and click Update
