A small front-end job search experience in Zhengzhou

I, 25 years old, a single dick female front end, this job hunting experience is quite touching, it is still necessary to make a summary. I didn’t write blogs often before, so I still need to record more in the future, so as to get back the feeling of posting blogs in QQ space hahaha.

I came back to Jiaozuo from Guangzhou in early May. The first thing I felt when I came back to the land of Great Henan was the kindness. I was quarantined at home for more than half a month. It is the happiest early summer I have ever had, and I will never forget this early summer. Arrived in Zhengzhou at the end of May, stayed at A Xing's house (my best friend) and started looking for a job. The weather in Zhengzhou at this time is hotter than when I was in Guangzhou, just like my impetuous heart.

Interviews are mainly made on the boss and Zhilian, and become a master of time management. Generally, there are 1-2 interviews in the morning, two interviews in the afternoon, and up to three interviews. Also pay attention to the arrangement of the route. There are very few online interviews in Zhengzhou, and most of them are offline. I interviewed a total of more than a dozen companies back and forth, and there were many ups and downs in the middle.

I have summarized a few things to pay attention to when interviewing:

  1. To avoid becoming a tool for hr to brush KPI: do a written test, chat with hr, ok go back and wait for the retest notice, and then there is no more;

    Solution: After stepping on a trap, ask clearly when you make an appointment for an interview: How many rounds are our interviews here? Is today technical or personnel? How long is the interview? How long does it take for the results to come out? Are there job vacancies or are you just looking for job candidates? What is the reason for the vacancy?

  2. The recruiting software asks you for your contact information and asks you to send your resume in private. I have experienced direct rejection. After adding WeChat, HR’s words are very inappropriate;

  3. After the interview, the hr wants you to give an answer immediately. If you want to join the job, you should pay attention. It seems that he wants to hire you. In fact, she said this to everyone. It seems that she wants you to join the job, and then hangs you and refuses to give you Send an offer, saying that we have to choose, be careful;

  4. The most important thing is that the interview is a two-way choice. Don't feel that you are humble when applying for a job. Be good at your own etiquette. Everyone is communicating as an equal. When I was interviewing, I met a company, and the person in charge called me and chatted with me. After learning that I was going to another company for an interview, he directly asked me not to go to another company for an interview, which left me speechless. . . .

  5. Don’t rush to confirm the interview. In fact, the interview process is also a process of learning and growth. From the nervous hand shaking at the beginning of the interview to the end, I can communicate with the interviewer like a normal person throughout the whole process. In fact, it is also a test for myself. , but finally got an offer from my favorite company, nice!

Other aspects are technical front-end issues:

  1. I think it is still necessary to do more interview questions. There are still a lot of questions about prototypes, prototype chains, closures, etc., and a lot of questions about principles;

  2. If you have works that are easy to view on your mobile phone, you can prepare them in advance and show them to the interviewer during the interview;

  3. For the project, sort out your recent or relatively clear project process. When introducing it, it should be logical and clear, and the technology stack should be clearly explained;

  4. In fact, the interview can always ask about aspects that you are not familiar with or have not done before. At this time, you should ask the interviewer for advice, or you must make it clear that you have not been exposed to this aspect before, and remember to go back and do your own homework.

Finally, during the interview, I also gained a front-end partner. I chatted with the same company when I went out, and finally added WeChat, haha. Thanks for this experience, it can also be said to be an exercise. On the one hand, during the interview process, I exchanged technology or some development directions with various bosses, and also made my mentality more mature!
