The latest BlackArch released, providing 1400 penetration testing tools

Recently, a new version of BlackArch Linux was released. This version provides about 1,400 penetration testing tools for white hats and security researchers. Currently BlackArch Linux developers have announced a new version of the ISO image.

After several months of busy work, the developer finally released a new version of the image, replacing the old version of the ISO image (2016.01.10). The new version adds more than 80 tools that can be used for penetration testing and security auditing business.

Today we released the installer for the new version of BlackArch Linux, this time the ISO image contains 1400 tools. We thank all BlackArch users, mirror providers and all supporters, thank you for your support and help.

The new version of BlackArch Linux offers a brand new installer, which makes its installation process faster and easier.

Same as Arch Linux, BlackArch Linux is currently using the Linux 4.5.1 kernel. At the same time, the EFI boot problem and the 32-bit (i686) boot problem reported by users before have also been resolved.

Among the 1400 penetration testing tools in the new version, there are updates to previous tools and some newly added tools. These tools are good choices for hackers and security researchers.
