The University of Electronic Science and Technology of China is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, formerly known as Chengdu Institute of Telecommunications Engineering. Under the personal deployment of Premier Zhou Enlai in 1956, it was composed of Jiaotong University (now Shanghai Jiaotong University, Xi'an Jiaotong University), Nanjing Institute of Technology (now Southeast University), South China Institute of Technology (now South China University of Technology) was created by merging the majors related to telecommunications engineering. Up to now, 14 teachers from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China have offered courses based on AI Studio, a flying paddle artificial intelligence learning and training community, including "Continuous Comprehensive Design-Image Classification Face Recognition", "Intelligent Medical Image Analysis", "Python-Based Image Classification Project", "Multidisciplinary Artificial Intelligence", "Artificial Intelligence Applications and Challenges", etc., training 3,600 AI students. At present, more than 6,000 students from more than 20 colleges and universities in the province have been studying online in the practical training courses jointly established by the innovation center, which continues to help students improve their AI practical ability. The high-end artificial intelligence training courses held for teachers and enterprise technicians have covered more than 430 teachers and enterprise technicians from more than 60 colleges and universities in 27 provinces and cities across the country, and build a high-end talent training base around the cultivation of socialized talents. More than 4,000 teachers and students have participated in the China Software Cup University Student Software Design Competition, the National University Student Smart Car Competition, and the CCF Big Data and Computational Intelligence Competition in the Western Division, achieving comprehensive promotion of learning and teaching through competition. Facing the needs of enterprises, the two parties have formed an expert team to jointly tackle key technical problems. They have carried out technical internal training for many enterprises, and continued to solve technical problems of enterprises through technological empowerment. In Chengdu, Mianyang, Yibin and other places, several forums on the integration of production and education between universities and enterprises have been organized to continue to build a government-industry-university-research ecosystem and promote the in-depth integration of production and education.
