game instructions:
This is a sandbox/survival game built around a physics engine. You start on a small raft, stranded on an endless ocean, and you must hunt for resources. (This is in an upcoming event). You keep upgrading your raft until it's no longer a raft and you become a captain and tame the ocean. It's a complex game, but it's a lot of fun if you know how to play.
editor control
- Use WASD or Arrow keys to move the camera
- Use Q/E to zoom in/out
- The red X is the delete button, used to delete points
- The gray circle is a weighted point, often used to balance ships or build submarines.
-The brown circle is a wooden prong. It floats on water, so most of your boat is built from it.
-Things that look like ladders are ladders (crazy, ikr). Use this in larger builds to traverse between floors.
- The button below the ladder is used to fill the background of the ship. This is important because you need it to keep water out of the boat. Use it by clicking on all the points of the outline of the spaceship.
- Steering wheel is mandatory. It is used to control the motors and steer your boat.
-The darker line is a wooden beam. Players can collide with these. Create a line by clicking any two points.
- The lighter line is a support beam. Use this to keep your boat from collapsing.
- The lightest rope. This can be used for anchors, masts, etc.
- The metal object is a motor. They have four different orientations and are used to move in all four directions. These are all controlled by using the steering wheel.
- Load and save buttons to load and save. When the discussion thread starts, post your save code in the discussion thread.
