According to the "Nikkei Chinese" report, in June, my country took the initiative to cut off 45% of Japanese machine tool orders, completely ending the era of Japanese companies monopolizing the Chinese market for many years. It is reported that after losing a huge number of orders from my country, Japanese companies lost more than 111.2 billion in a single month! 01. With a total of over one trillion yuan, my country once "bought" Japanese machine tools
In addition to chips and lithography machines, CNC machine tools can be said to be another trump card for the United States and Japan to hold the world!
Not long ago, the Western machine tool giant "DMG Mori" officially announced its withdrawal from Russia, and it was rumored that it would "remotely lock" the machine tool equipment sold to Russian factories. Industry insiders said that once it is implemented, the production lines in Russia's high-precision parts, military industry and other fields will face a complete paralysis.
We must know that in the global manufacturing industry, machine tools are absolutely indispensable equipment. As small as mobile phone chips and parts, as large as aerospace rockets, all components of different sizes need to be produced by machine tools. In 2022, the production volume of domestic machine tools has reached 182.3 billion yuan, ranking first in the world.
my country's self-developed 5-axis imported machine tools are currently exported to the world. The "Longmen" series equipment of Shenyang Machine Tool Factory has broken the "industry threshold" of 0.01 mm, occupying the world's leading level. Today, even the Russian media is shouting from the air that "the introduction of Chinese machine tools can solve the urgent need"!
Not only CNC machine tools, at present, China has continuously promoted the upgrading and iteration of the manufacturing industry, and has achieved irreplaceable positions in the fields of chips, aerospace, and biotechnology. Not only imported machine tools. As of June this year, my country has canceled nearly 76 billion foreign trade imports from Japan. Japanese companies such as Panasonic and Sony are also under heavy pressure and lost to China.
Today, Japanese companies have to further face a series of thorny problems such as dollar interest rate hikes, rising prices, continued population decline, and corporate bankruptcy.
